After a long history of research on how feedback works, 80 years of trying to develop intelligent tutoring systems, and in view of the current hype and the corresponding controversies around neural networks we would like to took in an interactive World Café session at the current state of online learner feedback in Swiss universites. What features do our online systems offer us? Which of these are being used and which are not? Why? What would we still like to see and what do we think is coming? What dangers do we see?
