How to reach and maintain high quality in distance learning

Quality is not only where you expect it to be. The higher you climb, the wider a perspective you get. We have done that self-evaluation exercise at University of Geneva. The results came right at the beginning of the pandemic, which made very visible the elements to focus on first. We wish to share this work to challenge your own view and take your suggestions back with us. The model used was the ENQA Considerations for Quality Assurance of E-learning provision (2018).
