This event brings together participants from universitites in the UK and overseas, from diverse backgrounds and with different level sof experience with e-assessment. The Forum's objective is to jointly discuss the opportunities of digital assessment to innovate assessment practices from both a pedagogical and technical perspective.
Participants will be encouraged to share the experiences of best practice and lessons learned.
The Forum will include keynote presentations by Ishan Kolhatkar (BPP), Simon Kent (Brunel University) and Astrid Birgitte Eggen (University of Adger). During the day there will be two tracks of workshops aimed at giving participants an opportunity to get actively involved in discourse on online examinations. These will cover strategic, pedagogical themes and more tactical, technical themes in relation to EdTech applications in higher education and assessment.
